Emergency Care

Our Fast Response Team assesses and provides support and care for a client and also family carers. We obtain the necessary equipment and aids through the Local Authority and District Nurses, if required and also through Lighthouse Mobility International. This can enable a client to remain in their own home. We regularly review the care needed, increasing or decreasing as necessary.

Convalescent Care

A Carer can be booked prior to hospitalisation by Contacting Us (01903 – 755110) and we can arrange Convalescent Care. The initial assessment can be done either before you go into hospital, or during your stay and your personally tailored Convalescent care package can be arranged.

Convalescence can apply to many situations for example:

  • Hip replacement
  • Cataract operation
  • Hospital discharge after a fall
  • Waking Nights / Sleepover

On a Waking Night our carers are on call at all times during the night and are awake, alert and making certain our client is sleeping or resting or at least safe, sound and secure. Our shifts are from 9pm/10pm through to 7am.

On a Sleepover Duty we are on hand, in the client’s home, for them to call as they need. You provide a bed for our carer, but you have peace of mind, that there is someone on hand if required. Our shifts are from 9pm/10pm through to 7am.
